Pacific Street Improvements East of 178th Street to 169th Street (OPW 54078)

About the Project

Pacific Street between 178th Street and 169th Street is planned to be reconstructed to a four-lane urban roadway divided by a median. These improvements will replace the existing three-lane rural section. The proposed improvements also include storm sewers, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps and a multi-use sidepath. Benefits of the project include improving safety for all transportation users, enhancing traffic operations to accommodate future traffic volumes and expanding pedestrian facilities along the Pacific Street corridor.

The project is currently in the preliminary design phase. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027.
