North 24th St Streetscape Improvements
The purpose of this project is to enhance the safety, accessibility, and aesthetics of North 24th Street from Ohio Street to Sahler Street.

- Preliminary Design Submittal: May 2025
- Right-of-Way (if necessary): June 2025 – April 2026
- Final Design Submittal: May 2026
- Bid for Construction: August 2026
- Construction Begins: Spring 2027

City submitted the 10% Plans and Cost Estimates to BID on June 9,2025
Design (PE) Status
- Schemmer finalized the 30% Plan-in-Hand (PIH) for site visit coordination
- Urban Design Review Board Meeting postponed to later design submittals (Date is TBD)
- Schemmer is currently performing roadway drainage analysis
Environmental (NEPA) Status
- Historic structure report submitted to NDOT and City for review
- Threatened and Endangered species review in progress
- Hazardous Materials Review in progress
Upcoming Milestones
- Plan in Hand site visit July 2, 2025
- Post PIH Plan submittal due August 8, 2025 (revised from July 23rd)
